The St. Louis Blues have been playing well but are hoping to avoid back to back defeats after a 3-2 loss to Minnesota on Sunday. Oskar Sundqvist and Alex Pietrangelo provided the offense provided the offense for the Blues and Chad Johnson gave up three goals on 18 shots to get the loss.

Zach Parise and Joel Eriksson scored in the second for the Wild with Mikael Granlund lighting the lamp in the third. Devan Dubnyk picked up the win for Minnesota with 29 saves.
The Chicago Blackhawks need a change in momentum and a change in coaches hasn’t helped yet with the team dropping eight in a row following a 3-2 OT decision at Carolina on Monday. Jonathan Toews and Alex Debrincat scored for the Blackhawks who received 37 saves from Cam Ward in picking up a point.
Teuvo Teravainen and Michael scored second period power play goals for the Hurricanes while Sebastian Aho tallied in overtime. Aho also had an assist and Scott Darling stopped 33 shots to get the win for Carolina.
